Joseph De Vito is one of country’s leading restaurateurs. Personally, De Vito was named to the prestigious Crain’s Chicago Business “40 Under 40” list in 2007, where he was recognized for his business expertise, leadership and creativity. De Vito is co-founder of One 11ven Hospitality Group, a new restaurant consulting and management company, where he develops, owns, and operates cutting-edge restaurant concepts with business partner, Josh Carl.
A native Chicagoan, Mr. DeVito comes from a family of restaurateurs and opened his first restaurant at the age of 19. His most recent venture, Jellyfish, features his signature style of approachable and professional service, while taking guests on a journey of the senses. Jellyfish, located in the Gold Coast neighborhood will be the first of many cutting edge establishments in the works for One 11ven Hospitality Group.
